Shipping & Returns

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Our goal is to ship your order out to you as fast as we possibly can. Depending on the product purchased, the availability of the products and size of the order placed, your order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite the shipment of your entire order.

All shipments are sent with a tracking number that will be provided to each client that has included an e-mail address with their order information.

Easy To Return

1. Faulty and damaged goods on delivery

♦   Should you receive a product from us that is faulty or damaged that is not caused through your own fault, we will happily swap the item for you for an identical item or another of your choice should you wish. If there is any difference in price you can fix us up for the balance or if the difference in price is in your favour we can refund it or use the balance towards other items of your choice till funds are depleted.

♦   You may also elect for a full refund if the goods are faulty or damaged through no fault of your own.

♦   Goods will need to be returned and we will happily pay for the postage for the item to be returned in cases that are not your fault. Simply contact us so we can discuss.

2. We have been sent the wrong item by mistake?

♦   It is very rare for us to muck up an order but in the off chance that we do send an apple instead of an orange so to speak, simply contact us and we will rectify the situation for you pronto. You will not be liable for any return postage costs.

3. Change of Mind Returns

♦   In the case you have received your order and you change your mind as item is not fit for your purpose as long as you contact us within 3 business days of your order being signed for on delivery, the goods are un-used and in original packaging we will gladly accommodate your needs by exchanging for other items you require.

♦   In this particular case however if it is a refund you would like instead of a swap for goods we will still happily accommodate your request but the refund you will receive will be less the postage cost from us to you displayed on invoice, or in the case where a shipping promotion or coupon was received such as free shipping or a dollar amount off shipping, the refund will be less what it would normally be to ship the item without promotion at the full charge. (if the order was over $300 and automatically came with free shipping then the fee we would deduct is $20 to fully cover our costs)

♦   For all change of mind returns, you will need to pay for return postage to us (registered so that there is proof of delivery) and organize your own carriage back to our store.

If your product is faulty outside 3 business days of purchase and has already been used please contact us first as you may be required to send item to supplier which we will discuss with you.

When returning your purchase please include a copy of your receipt not only for proof of purchase but so we can reference your order easily when it is returned.

Please include a short cover letter describing why you are returning the item and the course of action that needs to take place such as letting us know what items you require instead or to request refund as per our policy.
